How Can We Help?

Find quick answers about searching, viewings, renting and buying.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to apply for a rental?

Usually a valid ID, proof of income (recent payslips or an employment letter) and a reference from a previous landlord. Your agent will confirm exactly what the owner requires.

How much is the security deposit?

Deposits vary by property and are always shown on the listing or confirmed before you sign. Deposits are returned at the end of your tenancy, minus any agreed deductions.

How do I make an offer on a home?

Book a viewing from the property page, then tell your agent the price you would like to offer. We present it to the seller and keep you updated on every response.

Can you help me arrange a mortgage?

We can introduce you to independent mortgage advisors. It’s a good idea to get an agreement in principle before you start making offers.

How do I book a viewing?

Open any home, fill in the “Book a viewing” form with your preferred date, and an agent will contact you to confirm a time.

Can I change or cancel my viewing?

Of course. Reply to your confirmation or contact us and we’ll find a new time that suits you.

How do I list my home on Vik Homes?

Send us a message through the contact form and choose “Selling or listing a home”. An agent will arrange a visit and help you prepare the listing.

Are listings verified?

Yes. Every home is checked by our team before it goes live, including ownership and the details shown on the listing.
